Alica successfully finished her studies with a Bachelor of Arts in Pedagogy of Culture and Media with the focus on social work, film, photography, dance and arts. From then on she has worked free-lance as a professional dancer, choreographer, dance coach, model and as the founder and director of the iniciative sPERANTO.
Alica specialized on Hip Hop but she also got influenced by other dancing styles, Lyrical Jazz, Ballet, African Dancehall, Breakdance, Popping and Salsa. Not only Alica works for clients such as the Black Eyed Peas, Madcon and Manuellsen, she also dances for shows as Wetten Dass, The Dome and German Idol. She worked as a dancing coach at the renowned Flying Steps Academy in Berlin and gives various dancing workshops.
Alica works as a runway and photo model. Among others she worked as a runway model for designer Kaseee on the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Berlin, for Wellensteyn and Passionata and she worked as a photo model for Volkswagen, Hammer Markt and Channel 21.
